Since its origins in 1994, Charme & relax® has engaged itself in the careful selection of hotels, able to fulfil every Guest's expectations and needs. In order to realize this goal, every year all the hotels of the Group are visited by the management of Charme & relax® or by some delegates, who are responsible for the quality control and who record their evaluations in apposite modules.
