The restaurant is one of the jewels of Locanda Senio, being of the most renewed, appreciated and visited restaurants by experts and lovers of cuisine which focuses on bygone times and authentic flavours. The rooms of the restaurant, whose atmosphere is warmed up by a big hearth which is always lighted during winter, are the ambience where Mrs. Roberta has created through the years a unique list of recipes, rediscovering long forgotten herbs and fruit, to offer to the Guests tasty dishes of medieval tradition. Mushrooms, truffles, pork meat coming from pigs grown up freely in the woods, are some of the ingredients of the dishes proposed to the Guests by the passion and the professionalism of Roberta and Ercole Lega. Guests can choose between standard menu or special proposals completed by a remarkable selection of labels of the best regional and national wines.
