Set just outside of the city, the brilliant result of a wise restoring of an ancient farm dating back to the XIX century, the Restaurant La Fenice offers an elegant and comfortable ambience. The admiring gaze opens to the green of the garden through the wide glass doors; wood and steel blend together warmth and modernity, in a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere. Claudio Ruta’s creative cuisine and the impeccable service create an excellent union of talent and professionalism: the dishes of the tradition are reinvented with liveliness; being inspired by the cuisine of the territory, they draw on the recipes of the rural and marine culture of Sicily, while the freshness of the raw materials and the selected combinations make of every dish a true deliciousness. The cellar is inside a natural cave anciently used as a tank.
