Set on the top floor of Hotel Vis a Vis, in the heart of Sestri Levante, the Restaurant Olimpo proposes an excellent selection of extraordinary flavours. The original culinary creations of the Chef Vladimiro Ghio reawaken the senses, exquisite dishes served with a unique panorama in the background. At the Olimpo the real protagonists are the flavours of the traditional Italian and international Cuisine, which are wisely and skilfully interpreted; the menus proposes a balanced choice of earth and fish recipes and refined dishes, where daily fresh fish plays a dominant role. The wine cellars offer about a hundred different national wine labels. Soft atmospheres, selected music in the background and professionalism render unique the candle-light dinners.
