The "Officina Enogastronomica alle Tamerici", awarded in 2009 as Best restaurant in Lazio (by Arsial Region Lazio and Slowfood), has proposed itself since its birth as an active center for the study of the row food ingredients and local fish, by proposing itself as the muse of the "Path of Wines and typical products" in the coast up north Rome.
