It was 1946 when Guido Guiducci opened the first small summer kiosk on the beach of Miramare, near Rimini. The idea was successful: in a few years the kiosk became a true "tavern of sea". Today, the brothers Luca and Paolo Raschi carry on this tradition in an environment which was completely restored in 2002, where the love for research and preservation of tradition join with the fascinations of exotic cultures. In an elegant but not formal ambience, the chef Paolo proposes dishes prepared with pictorial passion, offering experiences which delight senses, while the sommelier Luca proposes a wide and accurate selection of Italian and foreign wines, a selection of mineral waters and, for a marvellous ending, a highly selected range of liquors and coffees.
