Cà Matilde is a fresh and young place surrounded by the green region of Matilde, where the Chef Andrea prepares the traditional dishes of the area with talented, joyful and balanced personal touches. A curious cook, never tired with experimenting, Andrea is always particularly respectful of the traditions of Emilia, plays with contrasts, combinations and emotions through his creativity with a special care in confectionery as well. The pantry is particularly reach of seasonal products, while the cellar proposes wines which cover all Italy, from Piedmont to Sicily, offering a palatable union of food and wine.
