The restaurant Le Volte is situated in the halls where there once were the cellars of the noble residence dwelling of Counts Loup. Particularly suggestive, the rooms with stone barrel vaults and create a charming, warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious veranda offers a wonderful view over the landscape of Bologna hills, during the summer season, the ancient portico becomes a quiet and secluded area of the restaurant. the cuisine, inspired by local food traditions, is remarkably rich in fantasy and is accompanied by a wise wine selection.
