The candlelit dinner, rapt by the simple and refined atmosphere of the restaurant or underneath the stars, on the marvellous “Sanio Terrace”, surrounded by nuances and scents of plants and flowers, the mastery of the Chefs Vittorio Labriola and Venturino Terenzi: this is the invitation for the Guests to savour dishes prepared with wise lightness, exploiting the freshness of the local products chosen every day with the utmost attention by the owners Giovanna and Roberto Mion. During the day, the same emotion of rediscovered natural tastes can be found in the cool and informal Lunch-Buffet at open air, in the enchanting garden, near the swimming-pool and the sea. Roberto Mion passionately follows the choice of the wines, preferring the most prestigious cellars of Abruzzo, sometimes not known but perfect to accompany light and flavoursome dishes.
