Restaurant - The restaurant offers an exquisite menu à la carte in a rustic but elegant atmosphere with wonderful valley view. The guests will be welcomed with a series of traditional dishes of Valle d'Aosta and Piedmont cuisine. Any variation in the menu depends on season. The wine-list includes a wide selection of the best local and national labels. There is also the possibility to create personalized menus for every occasion. The restaurant can accommodate up to 100 people. There is a large terrace which can accommodate 30 other people.


Park - Surrounded by enchanting woods and meadows, the Caprice des Neiges lies in a panoramic and dominant position, near the ski slopes. Where the road ends, tranquillity begins: nature lovers can admire foxes, deers, roe-deers and the majestic flight of the eagles.
