Presentation
The Hotel Caprice des Neiges, recently completely refurbished with accuracy, is a typical building of the Aosta Valley rural architecture, perfectly integrated in an environment where nature is the true protagonist. The Hotel is situated in a panoramic and dominant position, surrounded by woods and fields, near the ski slopes. Where the road ends, tranquility begins, among meetings with foxes, deers and roe-deers and the majestic flight of the eagles.

Rooms
The rooms and suites bring back to life the warm and relaxing atmosphere of the typical mountain houses: realised with precious materials like antique panelling, local stones, beams and wood pavings, furnished with both antique furniture and home-made craftsmanship furniture with antique woods, these rooms are warm and cosy nests which reflect all the influences of the beautiful mountain villages of the Torgnon Valley.

Restaurant
The restaurant offers an exquisite menu à la carte in a rustic but elegant atmosphere with wonderful valley view. The guests will be welcomed with a series of traditional dishes of Valle d'Aosta and Piedmont cuisine. Any variation in the menu depends on season. The wine-list includes a wide selection of the best local and national labels. There is also the possibility to create personalized menus for every occasion. The restaurant can accommodate up to 100 people. There is a large terrace which can accommodate 30 other people.
