Presentation
The hotel is situated in the middle of a private park of many acres, where the luxuriant vegetation of pine-trees from Aleppo and the Mediterranean scrub live with the typical terraced lands that almost a hundred years ago people built with transported earth and dry-stone walls. The charming view over the sea will give you a great suggestion. With respect to all this, the Hotel has been built following the architectural schemes of the island, utilising precious materials as: natural cotto floors, wrought iron railings and the solid wooden frames, to get a harmonious whole with all the tradition and culture of the island and with the great passion for hospitality that belongs to us.

Rooms
The hotel rooms are furnished with taste and quality materials. The furniture made of solid wood, the floors of Tuscan cotto, the marbles of the bathrooms contribute to make them simple but lively. All rooms have their own little, private terrace in which you can spend moments of great relax. As regards the furnishing, all rooms have: Private toilet and shower, Bar-fridge, Sat TV, Telephone, Fast Internet WiFi, PC size safe.

Restaurant
The Restaurant, personally run by the owner Dino Ferrando, proposes Mediterranean cuisine prepared with special care. The dishes are chosen and prepared day by day and many of them are express preparations, thus allowing the Chef to satisfy at his best the wishes of the Guests. The use of extra virgin olive oil, the preparation of sauces (guazzetti) with fresh ingredients without using any concentrated aromas and the quick pan cooking confer to Dino's cuisine a fantastic lightness (senza pari). This special cuisine is enhanced by the limited number of places available every evening (a maximum of 35 only upon reservation) in the fresh external room with sea view. Furthermore, a special attention is given to the wine list, which is also personally managed by Dino Ferrando, a true wine lover (appassionato di vini) owning the 2nd level of the AIS course (Italian Sommelier Association).
