Restaurant - The menus range from classical through local to international dishes. The freshest and best ingredients are carefully prepared and most of them come from the Farm. Serena is the reference point of the staff: she graduated at the Insitut Hôtellerie et Arts Culinaires "Paul Bocuse" in Lyon. Cooking and baking courses on request.

Park - The Castle of Santa Maria's Farm is made up of 20 hectares of cultivated land where olive groves, vineyard and fruit trees grow. However, the most important crops are the olives: there are 3.500 olive groves. Only natural fertilizers are used on different olive varieties such as canino, raio, pendolino, frantoio, moraiolo. After the olives are picked, they are crushed within 24 hours in the Castle's oil mill.

Conference Hall - It is possible to organize a romantic candlelit dinner or any other event (up to 200 people) in the quiet and refined atmosphere of the halls.

Sport - This is the ideal place to relax in every season. You can go to the swimming pool or you can simply read a good book in front of the fireplace with background music.
