How does the Charme & relax Club Card work?
In order to benefit from the reserved privileges, the owners of the Charme & relax Club Card first of all must COMPULSORILY communicate the identifying number of their Card (Card no., indicated on the back of the Card, beneath the owner's signature) while booking the Hotel and they have to show the Card at check-in and check-out.
